collaborates with the US Fish and Wildlife Service to monitor bird
populations on USFWS properties through a network of MAPS stations.
From these data we provide population management guidelines intended
to help natural resource specialists maintain landscapes that support
"source" populations of landbirds of conservation concern.

Oaks National Wildlife Refuge, IN - MAPS stations have operated
on this formar Army installation (Jefferson Proving Grounds) since
