Mandy Holmgren (Staff Biologist)

Mandy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont in 2003. She began working for IBP in 2004 as an intern conducting bird surveys at Mt. Rainier National Park, and has been leading IBP crews conducting point counts in Pacific Northwest national parks since 2006. In the spring/summer, she works in the field, trains interns in bird identification and other survey skills, and supervises field crews. Mandy lives and works at Olympic National Park in Washington
State.
